Are the items in SamThings available in the regular shop?

Rarely, Every single item inside your SamThings package - the merch the worksheet, the extras, the letters, is made exclusively for members. That's the whole beauty of it 🤌🏻

Can I gift a SamThings subscription to someone?

Yes, what a beautiful idea! Simply enter their name and delivery address at checkout instead of yours, and the monthly creator kit will go straight to them!

When will I receive my first package?

If you subscribe on or before the 15th of the month, your first SamThings package ships on the 20th of that same month. Subscribe after the 15th? You'll receive the following month's edition. We want to make sure every package gets the attention it deserves!

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes! Your subscription renews automatically each month so the good stuff keeps coming without you having to do a thing. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date if your plans change.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel or pause anytime before the next month's billing date, directly from your account no emails needed. If a package has already been dispatched for the current month, we're unable to issue a refund for it, but your cancellation will take effect immediately for future months.

Do you ship across India?

Yes! We currently ship all across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, metro cities typically receive packages within 3-5 days of dispatch, while other areas may take up to 8 days.

What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost?
